JSC & Co, CPAs is a firm founded in 2009 by Gladeys Jill A. Santos-Cua who has three (3) professions namely: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Real Estate Broker (REB), and Real Estate Appraiser (REA). After a year of existence of JSC & Co, CPAs, it created its first office outside Cagayan de Oro which is the Davao Office followed by offices in Cebu and Manila. To date, the Firm is manned with 40 people, a dozen of which are experienced and competent CPAs. In order to meet the demands on raising the bar of excellence in the practice of profession, the Firm applied and was granted accreditations with the Board of Accountancy (BOA), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), National Electrification Administration (NEA), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Firm provides services such as but not limited to audit and assurance services, internal audit and risk advisory services, tax advisory and compliance services, accounting and outsourcing services, corporate set-up and compliance services, BOI registration advisory and compliance services, and audit & consultancy on ISO certifications.
