WAE (Wellness, Arts, Enrichment) Center “Finding the Spark Within” The WAE Center is a holistic, expressive arts learning center which focuses on the abilities and desires of members regardless of their starting point. Staff, acting as “participant observers,” is trained in self awareness to guide members in their own personal growth process. This dynamic staff provides assistance to help members build a greater capacity for a full and rich life in an environment where the SPARK can take hold.
