We offer a consultancy driven approach to commercial property issues. We are not agents or brokers driven by transactions. This approach leads to clearer, objective advice and the delivery of practical, workable solutions. Very few commercial real estate professionals exclusively represent occupiers. JSF acts only for occupiers and as such, we do not face the potential conflicts of interest so often encountered by the traditional surveying / real estate practices, who tend to also act for Landlords and Developers.
