JTEK Communications offers customers a full range of training solutions, including leadership, communication, conflict resolution, change management, and team building. We work with all levels within the organization, from frontline management to the Executive team. JTEK also offers professional coaching services to their clients. Our programs are available in a number of formats, including lunch & learn, ½ day, full day, and up to 3 day workshops. We also provide one on one coaching. We have HR specialists who provide consulting services to organizations looking for assistance with policy writing, harassment/diversity training, performance management, interview/recruiting skills and presentation skills.
