Jubarte Capital was conceived with the idea of solving the capital allocation problems of both local and global investors. We see local investors with a large "home bias", which makes it difficult to optimize portfolio construction. By allocating a significant part of their funds to domestic assets, investors are very exposed to the same risk factors. We have extensive experience in asset management and creating efficient products in which we offer diversified global investment exposure, optimizing the risk-return ratio. Our Capital Solutions strategy offers medium-term hybrid capital to middle market companies and their shareholders who need highly customized solutions to pursue opportunities for growth, value creation, risk mitigation or asset monetization. These solutions provide benefits that cannot be gained by using more traditional financial instruments and funding sources. From the standpoint of our investors, the Capital Solutions strategy offers the possibility of attractive risk-adjusted returns and downside protection with better liquidity than other alternative investments. Our Real Assets strategy connects long-term global institutional investors with world-class Brazilian business groups developing large scale, transformational investment opportunities linked to real assets that can benefit from patient, high-quality capital. Global institutional investors have appetite to allocate capital to high quality and scalable opportunities related to climate change, energy transition, food security and supply chain reconfiguration, among other themes – all areas where Brazil is very competitive and/or has access to scarce and unique resources. We implement this strategy through an innovative approach that aligns the interests of both global investors and the local company receiving the investment, leveraging our extensive experience in Brazil-centric real assets, our deep local network and our access to the main long-term global institutional investors.
