Jubilee Restorative Movement

Do you feel like something is keeping you from reaching your full potential? Do you feel disconnected from your gut intuition? Are you craving a sense of community? Do you want to boost your self-esteem? Jubilee is a program designed to help you and your group reach your fully-empowered potential. In short, it’s an inspirational workshop rooted in movement. Through learning how to connect our body language and everyday movements to our mindset, we unlock new neural pathways leading to critical thinking, innovation, connection to community, and a renewed sense of self and self-worth. Jubilee Restorative Movement is comprised of two very different programs. Our sensory workshops are for individuals with special needs (Think: special education classrooms, assisted living homes, etc.) and our mindful movement workshops are for individuals and groups in private and public settings (Think: corporate work retreats, wellness centers, public speaking engagements, etc).
