The Judgement Index is focused exclusively on the measurement of a person’s value systems and the predictive capability of such measurements in determining the judgements people make and ultimately the critical decisions they make in their personal and working lives. Whilst there are many psychometric assessments available that measure IQ, emotional balance & personality, we believe that these are simply not a good enough predictor of success – good judgement is.
