The types of issues that most commonly arise are- Whether the deceased should have made provision for someone in their will and did not - If the deceased died intestate, whether the intestacy provisions adequately provide for family and dependents Whether the deceased lacked Testamentary capacity when they made their will- Whether someone wrongly influenced the deceased to make provision for them/exclude another in a will (undue Influence).
