Julia Melville

My name is Julia and I’m a mentor. In 2006, I changed careers and enrolled in a three-year counselling course. I was always conscious of the fact that psychotherapy couldn’t provide all the answers so I was continually searching for alternative methods and techniques. In 2012, I attended a retreat and had my first Kundalini Yoga experience. The effects of this experience are still being felt today—Kundalini Yoga is now a daily part of my life. Most recently, I was introduced to the powerful forces of ThetaHealing®. I had an insightful and profound healing, and personally experienced and witnessed the powerful shifts it produces. Often people come to me with a specific challenge that they’re currently experiencing, or they simply don’t know where to start or can’t articulate why they feel as they do. Everyone is different. My pluralistic approach combines psychotherapy, Kundalini Yoga and ThetaHealing®— a unique offering that enables me to properly understand and connect with my clients emotionally, mentally and physically. Together, we’ll address anything that’s stopping you from achieving your full potential. My coaching is always orientated towards resolution, an end goal.
