I hear this so often from people in the social impact sector as they struggle with fundraising, board engagement, and all the management and planning tasks needed to further their mission. Julie Barton Consulting was created to support nonprofits and social enterprises to build capacity and serve more people. I want to help the helpers, the people who are creating and running fantastic programs, and who don't have the time (or energy!) to also fundraise, create long-term plans, engage their Board, and keep the organization's finances growing - all while keeping joy in their mission and their own lives. It can be lonely, challenging work, and I love supporting leaders either through strategic planning and fundraising, or by strengths-based coaching, reminding them of their successes, wins, and why their work matters.
