We are a circus, theatre, performance and creativity based organisation. Using these mediums, integrated with coaching psychology, we help people and groups of all ages develop health and change themselves and their lives so they can thrive. We recognise that the future is increasingly uncertain for many people. We champion a meaning and purpose based to facing our personal and social challenges focussing on what we can contribute to rather than what we can be fearful about. We run circus, theatre-based and arts workshops and courses that foster community, generate recovery and fulfilment and build leadership. What kind of personal problems are we talking about? Depression, Anxiety, Substance and Behaviour dependency and addiction, lack of personal wellbeing, loss of meaning and purpose, difficulty in relationships, difficulty in parenting, fear of the future. We work with both men and women. We work with people who have been to prison, been or are homeless, people who have had difficult childhoods. We help people become better at looking after themselves, each other, their community, do work they love or build new types of businesses they have a passion for. In other words we prime people for fulfilment. This in itself is the best way to become future proof. From our JUMP FALL FLY TRIBE we cultivate young leaders wishing to take on some of the biggest challenges we face at this time in history in whatever domain they choose.
