Creating tangible impact and lasting change We’ve combined 30 years of organisational development research with best practices and techniques from the worlds of high-performance sport, digital innovation and high-risk environments to create a development approach that meets the needs of the 21st century - volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) operating landscape. Our development approach incorporates the most effective parts of traditional consultancy and coaching, and merges these with pioneering frameworks such as lean start-up methods and complexity theory to create tangible impact and lasting change. Psychology based, performance focussed Grounded in developmental psychology, the Jumpthink method sits between teaching and coaching. We put the learning emphasis on participants and support them to reflect on, and refine, their own leadership approaches, rather than trying to make everyone in to a single type of leader. All our programmes are delivered live and respond to the evolving needs of the people involved.
