Junior Achievement Georgia (JAG) was founded in December of 2002. It is one of 123 Member Nation affiliates' of Junior Achievement Worldwide. JA worldwide is the world's oldest and largest non-profit organization devoted to promoting an understanding of the principles and values of entrepreneurship and the free market system by building partnerships between business, educational and governmental sectors. Junior Achievement world's programs are recognized by the European Commission as the best practice in entrepreneurial education. Junior Achievement Georgia on the basis of the methodology developed by Junior Achievement Worldwide, and implementation of different programs, helps Georgian people in understanding of citizen's personal freedom, financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work readiness skills.
