The company head office is located in Dandenong Sth Victoria and is looking at expanding on national level. Jurgens Swiss Bread is currently going through a transitional period, Mr Paul Sousa (son in law to original owner Eduardo Rato), is the second generation of the family in the baking industry and the strategies and directions implemented by the board are based not only on what is good for the company but also what is good for the bakery industry as a whole. Since its inception in 1995, Jurgens Swiss Bread have steadily grown over the years from its small humble beginnings in Cheltenham to relocating to Dandenong Sth in a state of the art baking facility which will cater for its ongoing requirements.
