Just Be Maritime Ltd (JBM) is a collaboration between senior personnel within the maritime industry, who have come together to offer targeted Officer Cadet management consultancy services in a simple and cost-effective way. Our highly experienced management group has extensive knowledge of the maritime industry, both from time served onboard vessels and the management of extensive cadet programmes within large shipping corporations, including recruitment and training of cadets. Our team has the passion, commitment and empathy to advise on the selection, recruitment and management of the next generation of mariners who will require appropriate competencies for the 21st Century maritime industries and, most importantly, the confidence to lead the maritime industry through these changes. It is their leadership and management capabilities that will allow these goals to be achieved.
