Just Knead It is an assessment-based remedial massage clinic. We provide musculoskeletal care specific to your needs. To do this we ask that you participate in a musculoskeletal & health assessment. This gives us an understanding of your current complaints, & the underlying factors causing & /or contributing to your pain or tension.Treatments will include a range of remedial massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation & strengthening exercises.
