Clark, a registered Patent Agent, is fully licensed to practice all areas of patent law before the United States Patent & Trademark Office- including preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications. Mr. Clark is currently Norfolk, Virginia's longest practicing resident registered patent professional. In addition to being a registered patent practitioner, Mr. Clark is a licensed Professional Engineer, registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia- having studied undergraduate aerospace and mechanical engineering at the University of Virginia. He has given Court-qualified expert testimony in the areas of physics and mechanical, electrical and civil engineering, in both Federal and State courts, on dozens of occasions. Mr. Clark has over 20 years of corporate management experience in virtually every phase of new product development, protection, licensing and commercialization.
