Just This Counseling

Just This Counseling, LLC is the private counseling practice of Kari Stubbert, MA. Life can be stressful, challenging, and overwhelming at times. You may be feeling stuck, uncertain, or burnt out and deeply desire change, but are struggling to make the change you want to experience. You may be in a transition point in your life, and are unsure of what to do or how to claim your power. At Just This Counseling, we will work together to help you discover, or rediscover, grounding and presence. It is from this empowered space that you will then be able to explore and process past experiences, trauma, and the stories and patterns you have been living from in order to discover healing and growth for yourself and move forward with hope and purpose.
