WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE STAND FOR JustDiidz (pronounced-Justdeeds) is a Columbus-Ohio based organization democratizing access to opportunity. We recognize our social cohesion as a nation is in jeopardy, and this is being driven by an unsustainable and growing wealth/income/opportunity gap. We also recognize that creating a strong cohesive civil society requires meaningful engagement with our youth and providing them access to opportunities. Crucially, youth of color are particularly vulnerable since their narrower network precludes them from finding mentors and meaningful career opportunities. JustDiidz is creating a future where access to opportunities and economic mobility is no longer determined b y race, ethnicity, religion, class or geography, but rather by an individual’s hard work and positive contribution to civil society.
