We are glad to get an opportunity to introduce ourselves as a Hyderabad based Consulting Firm mainly focusing on Recruitments, Staffing Solutions, Training and other outsource HR activities. Apart from this we take up assignments related to Surveys, Data Collection, Event Management etc for Organizations across the country. We have been in this space for more than 4 years now. Our past and current assignments include manpower sourcing for industries as varied as Insurance, IT, Engineering, Construction, FMCG, Stock Broking, Banking, Education and Wellness apart from serving the Social Services Sector. We have quality resources, having good understanding & expertise required to serve our clients from various industries. Our aim is to become a one-stop-shop for all manpower sourcing requirement for any industry, across the levels and verticals. Though we specialize in middle to top level sourcing, we do cater to the needs of our clients for entry level positions. Our focus is on understanding the candidate’s expectations & the fitment of competence with respect to the positions floated. This approach has helped us in achieving high hit ratio and in providing satisfied and long serving candidates. Our MOS (Measure of Success) is sourcing, ‘performing & productive’ candidates so that our value proposition with our clients is high. The main focus area while short-listing a candidate for our client includes, Technical Skills, Communication Skills, Attitude/ Temperament, Employment history amongst others. Our endeavor would be to build a strong relationship with the clients and become preferred sourcing partners for most of their outsource needs – HR or otherwise. What we promise to deliver includes quality manpower within stipulated time thus cutting down on the selection process at our clients end.
