Driven and highly enthusiastic training professionals with over 25 years in the delivery of energy and construction training across the globe. From Europe, to Dubai and beyond, I hold Diplomas in Domestic Energy Assessment, Green Deal Assessment, PAS 2030:2019, PAS 2035, Retrofit Coordinator, Retrofit Assessment, OCDEA SAP Calculations, CAVA Assessor, IQA and a wealth of experience in Commercial Energy Management systems, HVAC and BEMS Control. I am familiar with both ABBE and City and Guilds, training delivery. In contrast to above, I am also a qualified professional in Behaviour Control Management, Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Business Sales Coach. I deliver high level, high intensity training, which can be adapted to any environment, but additionally I am heavily qualified and experienced in the Construction and Built Environment sectors. This means that I can train the technical competence associated with ‘hands on’ trade professionals, but also combine bespoke training, with personal development for the people within the team. I was one of the first females in the UK to qualify as a GDA and I continue to break the mould with training delivery, as my courses are both high energy, motivational and engaging (which is hard to achieve in traditional Energy Assessment Training)! It is said I am probably one of the most feminine looking builders you will ever meet and I try to inject humour in to my construction training delivery. I am an honest, down to earth, but very passionate, experienced and knowledgeable training professional.
