Predominantly Client focussed rather than formal tender all it's enquiries come through word of mouth and referrals from local professionals. JWS's trusted team of designers, project managers, local tradesmen and sub-contractors deliver consistent, high quality work with excellent service during and aftercare post practical completion to make the process as straightforward and stress free as possible. All JWS projects are managed on a pre-agreed schedule and price, setting and delivering or exceeding client expectations throughout the process. DEVELOPMENT DIVISION works on both it's own schemes and on joint-venture projects with other land owners, JWS offers a more personalised experience to today's new home-buyers.
