K-A was started by a pair of management consultants and has grown to be recognised as a firm providing bespoke recruiting solutions to clients within Financial Services. We like to think of ourselves as different, for starters, the team is made up of recruiters who have all worked within Management consulting at one of the Top tier consulting firms or within Tier 1 banks. So unlike many of our competitors, we know the market from both sides and are able to deliver high quality assignments to brief.
