K Lamb Associates Ltd (KLA) is a well-established company with a reputation for delivering high quality Incident Command Training to the Emergency response and business resilience industry. The team of associate trainers have a broad portfolio of experience for providing training to the fire industry, local community, local businesses and Local Resilience Forums (LRF), for over the last 12 years. Several members of the team have also been involved in the creation of National doctrine and best practise guidance documents for UK Incident Command training. KLA offers bespoke and cost-effective training solutions, focused on Incident Command and decision making, for the International Fire Service and emergency response community. Recent projects have included Fire Behaviour training project in North America, an EC-funded project involving 4 European countries, focused on the strategic management of wild-fires, the Incident Command training and competence assessment for a UK fire service, and the delivery of several incident command and incident management training exercises for a large International airport.
