Our international headquarters are in San Francisco with six sales offices in California, Nebraska, Tennessee and Panyu, China as well as a distribution center in Oregon. Our Consulting Division specializes in the development and quality improvement of variety meats by designing offal rooms, training workers, executing inspections, and going over the best product specifications for your abbatior. Some offal are extremely challenging to produce for foreign markets especially in a high turnover industry. Our decades of experience in the industry can improve production yields and overall efficiency of operations. We have set up and consulted on offal rooms in three of the largest beef corporations in the US as well as dozens of smaller cow packers all across the United States. Additionally we have set up production rooms in Brazilian, Canadian and Australian slaughter houses. Our Global Market Strategies (GMS) Division oversees global, multi-product, markets-focused business solutions.
