K2 Growth Partners ("K2GP") exists to invest in and build industry-leading businesses with a long-term mindset. Our firm advises and invests in family or founder-owned Companies with up to $100MM of annual revenue. We have experience investing in a wide range of industries, but generally focus on manufacturing, business services, and distribution companies serving industrial end markets. When we make investments, we have the flexibility to evaluate both distressed and successful businesses, and to invest across multiple transaction structures including majority-control equity or growth capital. Backed by nearly two decades of experience investing in and operating family-owned businesses, K2GP was founded to partner with business owners and provide them with a better option for growing or transitioning their companies. For investors, K2GP provides a select group of family offices and other investors direct access to wealth compounding opportunities through business ownership in a structure that aligns incentives around performance.
