Started Lawn Service and Landscaping Co in 1993. A client was a REO specialist and got me started in property preservation in 2007. Although I never heard of "property preservation" I was doing evictions, board-ups, trash outs, pool covers and cutting grass etc. I'm a licensed contractor but none of the work I do requires a permit in Florida.I have a licensed pool guy to do acid wash and any other service needed.I'm always willing to take on more work so I don't have to layoff any employees.
