Mr. Lawrence recently retired from the Canadian Public Service, at the level of Director, after a distinguished 35 year career which included foreign postings to Hong Kong and Bucharest, Romania. As Immigration Program Manager of the Visa Section in Bucharest (2001-2004), he was responsible for all aspects of program delivery and client service in all three countries of accreditation (Romania, Bulgaria & Moldova). Throughout his 35 year career with Canada Immigration, he worked closely with both private and public sector organizations mandated to assist immigrants settle in Canada. Now residing in Bucharest Romania, Mr. Lawrence wishes to continue helping immigrants by ensuring they are prepared for their selection interview and have a sound logical settlement plan that will ensure a "soft landing" in Canada.
