Kaala Souza Training & Consulting

Kaala Souza is the owner of Kaala Souza Training and Consulting where his major goal is assisting others in achieving theirs. Born and raised in Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, with a background in marketing research and as the senior pastor of the church Hope Chapel Manaolana, Kaala brings a unique perspective to his work. He speaks at companies, schools, conferences, seminars and at home (to his kids). He’s worked with many of the top 20 largest companies and organizations in Hawaii as well as not-for-profit groups, clubs and organizations throughout the state. He recently returned from Mallorca, Spain where he had a chance to share the Aloha of Hawaii at the International Ocean Safety Conference.
