Kaaz & Associates is a Consultancy Firm since last 29 years in the field of Fire & Safety Protection with our USP being designing the fire systems as per the norms, at the same time it should be practicable and price conscious. We follow NBC part IV and respective DCR. When the Client entrust us with his valuable work for designing a Fire system, which should meet the statutory requirements of the approving departments, we assess the risk as per NBC, this is the prime & most important aspect, we classify the risk and accordingly we then proceed for designing. When it comes to designing the system, we follow the guidelines laid down by NBC as our prime base and then we use our practical expertise to make the system cost effective and viable. We then provide the Line drawings; we provide the calculations of hydrants, sprinklers, water tank, pumps considering all the factors such as, location of the risk, height of the risk, classification of risk and the local DCR.
