Kabila is an organization and a movement committed to bridging the ecological, social and spiritual divides, in order to contribute to building an interconnected world. We choose to do this by helping organizations, leaders and teams bridge divides across self, stakeholder and contexts and build a culture of deeper trust, connection and collaboration. Human beings invariably outperform themselves willingly, when the two needs - the need to belong and the need to matter are fulfilled. It time we remember that we, even by ourselves are a tribe. A tribe of trillions of cells in our body, the millions of people we stand on the shoulders of and the hundreds who help us do the smallest of our everyday tasks, invisible though they may be. Independence is a myth. No man is an island. But, we have collectively bought into this story of separation and perpetuated division and alienation, resulting in alarming increase in stress levels and health challenges. We continue to collectively create results that no one wants. Kabila attempts to address this challenge by brining in the ancient wisdom of the tribes and the proven science of quantum physics to help change the story, One Leader, One Team one organization at a time. This is our Ikigai - our Purpose.
