Kad & Associates is a professional services firm of Chartered Accountants and has been in profession since a decade now. KAD started as a name firm representing the founding members and has since then become a brand of its own. We are located in Delhi and NCR region with our primary office at New Delhi. The firm serves the clients under the following areas: 1- Indirect and Direct Tax Consultancy and Advisory 2- Audit and Assurance 3- Outsourcing Services- Accounting & Bookkeeping 4- Start-up India At present, we have 4 teams headed by 3 partners and one associate partner. Rahul Agarwal is the managing partner of KAD who has been the pillar of success for the firm. Rahul qualified as a CA in 2010 and has dedicated the last decade in bringing the firm to a level that it is a known name in its area. He is a seasoned professional and looks after outsourcing services and Finance division. Shubhra Gulati, a qualified CA and a lawyer by education joined KAD in 2022 as a partner- Indirect Taxes. She comes with an experience of over 10 years in the industry and she along with her team caters to GST, Service Tax, VAT and customs. We also have Nisha Jain as a partner who heads the Direct Tax team and caters to the Income Tax matters on behalf of the firm. Nisha has been in the profession for more than a decade. We also have a full-sized Secretarial team with qualified company secretaries and assistants. The team caters to end to end ROC filings and related matters. Being in this industry for this long, we as members of KAD realize that the need of associating with other professionals and bringing the synergies of collaboration, hence, we also have in association a full-fledged team of lawyers and other professionals who cater to Tax and Finance matters as and when required.
