At Kahilla, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to realize their full potential. Founded in 2018, our mission is to bridge the Power Skill gap and provide the tools, resources and networks to all mid-career professionals. Bridging the gap to exceptional leadership. We provide scalable and effective leadership development solutions, helping organizations build diverse talent pipelines and individuals achieve their full leadership potential. At Kahilla, empowerment, inclusivity, and accountability are at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected in our policies and donations. Through our Step Up, Reach Down program, 10% of all corporate memberships go towards supporting charities that uplift underrepresented minorities. Since our launch in 2019, our Step Up Reach Down grant program has provided greater access to Kahilla membership for diverse groups, nonprofit executives, and members in career transition. Since 2020, we have given over $1 million worth of memberships. Additionally, we pledge to donate 1% of our profits to charities that share our commitment to equity.
