The Kaiten Group is a boutique advisory and research group with operations in Singapore and Australia. We are dedicated to the development and promotion of the Kaiten Way as a best practice business transformation and change management methodology. We are actively growing and looking to work with clients who are interested in undertaking a fun, customer centric approach to business improvement in order to improve customer's experience, operating effectiveness and organizational culture. We are also looking for Partners who would like to incorporate Kaiten's tools and methods into their own consulting and advisory practices. whether they currently specialize in marketing, IT, change management or organizational performance and culture, Kaiten will add a new and fun dimension. What is Kaiten Kaiten is a themed, customer centric business transformation and change management program that can be used to rally the business around the customer. We know that one of the great challenges in transformation exercises is finding a way to make the ‘strategy’ accessible to people working at the coalface – ie. frontline, back office, manufacturing operations. How do we do this? We use the story of the sushi train and its founder Yoshiaki Shiriashi – the fastest growing food type and eatery concept in the world.
