Kaitiaki Property

Kaitiaki Property is an experienced end to end property development consultancy company. Kaitiakitanga means guardianship and protection. It is a way of managing the environment, based on the Maori world view. A Kaitiaki is a guardian. This can be a person or group that cares for the land. At Kaitiaki Property we are guardians of the land and property we develop in every sense. We differentiate ourselves by overseeing both the interests of the Nuinga (people) we work with, and the hautaonga (property) we develop. Our reason for being is to harmonise these interests in the services we offer. We also believe that through assisting those organisations and people who wish to develop world class property projects we can demonstrate what it means to be a Kaitiaki of the land.
