KAIZEN-u was created to provide thought leadership to people, teams and organisations throughout the agility space; from infancy through to actualisation. We are thought leaders in continual improvement and specialise in techniques, behaviours and practices that enable, and facilitate, positive change, improvement and efficiencies in all areas of organisations. Specific focus areas are Lean Start-up techniques, improving behaviours and practices around agility, understanding what continual improvement is, its benefits and how to sustain it over the journey.
