We offer CrossFit, Barbell Club, and Yoga classes onsite, as well as personal training and semi-private training. We also work with a variety of people (mostly CrossFit athletes) around the country and design programs for them. Our business and facility is based around science and professional coaching, and we pride ourselves on being the best center for fitness in West Michigan.
