I believe winemaking is infinitely complex and ever changing. This is what makes it so intriguing to me. Each wine takes on a life of its own, and my role is to guide its development from fruit to bottle. For me, the key to artful winemaking is gently blending modern tools and techniques with methods that are respectful of tradition. Winemaking is a humbling profession, so I believe it should be performed with flexibility, patience, and reflection. Shaping a wine into the most beautiful expression of itself, blending a wine to harmonize its character into a sum greater than its parts, and utilizing all of my skill are what makes Kale Consulting timeless.
