Kaleidoscope Coaching

I launched Kaleidoscope Coaching as a way to support individuals and organisations working across the community, charity, and voluntary sectors—people doing meaningful, often under-resourced work who rarely get the time or space to pause and reflect. Drawing on 30+ years of experience in community leadership, youth work, and project development, I now work as a coach to create spaces where people can: • Reflect on their practice • Challenge limiting beliefs • Reconnect with their purpose • Explore new ways of thinking, working, and leading My coaching style is grounded in care, curiosity, and courage. I believe coaching should be accessible, so I offer sessions on a pay-as-you-feel basis - with suggested rates for individuals and organisations, but flexibility based on need. I work with: Individuals looking to reset, grow, or find clarity in their work or leadership Charity and community organisations who want to invest in the wellbeing and development of their staff teams Anyone feeling stuck, stretched, or seeking a fresh perspective I am currently a coach-in-training with Become Coaching and working toward my ICF accreditation
