Kaliber Ltd design, manufacture and supply high integrity, customised cable harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies to customers in the Aerospace, Motorsport, Marine, Mass Transit and Military markets. We aim to bring added value and cost reduction to each and every project, and have formed strategic alliances with industry leading manufacturers and suppliers to enable this. Our Engineering led approach to production enables us to adopt a cellular manufacturing system wherever applicable. This offers you the benefit of a dedicated manufacturing area for your product or project with its own workforce and a cell manager to act as a single point of contact. Our Engineering team produce 2D drawings in HarnWare and 3D designs in Creo Parametric (formally Pro/E). Process Control Documents generated by our Engineers clearly define the process steps while our multi-skilled workforce is trained against industry leading codes of practice that explain the methodologies used. All of our operators are highly skilled, experienced, trained to IPC-A-620 and are familiar with all aspects of cable harness assembly, such as: hand laying, screening, jacketing and terminating complex composite wire and cables.
