Stamping With more than two decades of manufacturing high quality metal stamping expertise, KMI’s dedicated team of experienced press operators run six progressive stamping presses and two transfer stamping presses, ranging from 300 tons to 2500 tons. Our presses are equipped with computer controlled monitoring and safety features to ensure efficient production that translates into lower costs for our customers. Robotic Welding Utilizing the latest in modern robotics KMI’s production capacity has surpassed 96 million welded sub-frame component parts per year. Quality Assurance Accuracy and quality assurance are guaranteed through varied inspections to determine the conformity and accuracy of steel parts.
