Kalinga Jyoti

Kalinga Jyoti VITC is a dynamic student-led club devoted to representing and celebrating the vibrant culture and diversity of Odisha at VITC. Inspired by the ancient land of Kalinga, we unite students passionate about Odia heritage and traditions. Our mission is to bring the unique festivals, art forms, and values of Odisha to campus life, fostering a sense of belonging and cultural pride. We organize a variety of events throughout the year, from grand celebrations of Rath Yatra and Utkal Divas to traditional dance, music, culinary fests, and workshops on Odia crafts. Through interactive sessions and cultural exchanges, we help members and the wider student body connect with Odisha’s rich legacy. Kalinga Jyoti is more than a club—it’s a family where everyone is encouraged to express themselves, learn, and grow together.
