kallan is a commercial law firm whose roots go back many years. Until November 2016, our team of experienced lawyers formed the German offices of the leading Scandinavian law firm Mannheimer Swartling. Now operating independently as kallan, we continue to provide services across the whole commercial law spectrum. We are proud of this background and as kallan we intend to build on this. We have seen over the years that German and other international companies appreciate our craft – a combination of clear advice, open communication and practical solutions. We continue to take this approach – now for a broader range of clients. We are based in Germany but think and work internationally – a smaller firm that is capable of thinking outside the box.
