Kallanna, was founded in Lisboa in 2018 by Charles Morphett. After analysing the property sector in Portugal he saw the opportunity to create a company which focussed on property scouting and consulting, as there was a lot of agencies in the market advertising the same products, but the majority of the best deals were off-market opportunities. Since then we have combined a team with over 12 years experience in the market in Portugal. We have access to properties on and off-market through various networks. Focusing on buildings and land to develop we will find the right deal for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
