He is knowledgeable in property legal processes regarding planning and acquisitions, resulting in positive outcomes. Sukh’s expertise is rooted in his knowledge of construction, planning enhancement and architectural design. With an attention to detail, Sukh is able to draw on a wealth of experience (conversion, new build, project enhancement and understanding of unconventional building) in order to provide partners and affiliates with valuable knowledge to benefit them when working on acquisitions.
