Launched in 2006 as the brainchild of Freddy Owens, a consummate professional with experience in theatre arts, non-profit management and corporate and private fundraising; Kalou Concierge was designed as a full service New York City based concierge and lifestyle management consulting firm. Freddy’s professional experiences coupled with an insatiable passion for travel, culture and the arts; lead him to assemble a team of talented individuals to help him design creative ways of attending to the very specific needs of a culturally diverse clientele.
