Kalro Capital is a privately owned property development and investment company focused on the commercial and residential sectors of the UK market. Based in the heart of Marylebone, we aim to create value by investing into areas and sectors which we consider to be both undersupplied and undervalued. Our existing portfolio of real estate assets covers a range of use classes, including luxury residential, industrial units, medical facilities, restaurants, retail, offices and care homes. We are rigorously analytical in our approach to investing, but we also place a high emphasis on design and aesthetics. A key part of our development strategy is to create buildings that are not only functional but also beautiful, delivering truly aspirational spaces in which to live, work and play.
