In 1977 Kamal Ibrahim Ahmed joined the business world as an independent merchant of various products in different areas of trading and successfully excelled at it. The Kamal Group is the holding company for many building materials related companies whereas the the Kamal functions at the same time as a Shared Service Center for its daughter companies. The Kamal Group employs more then 1600 employees.
