Kamana Community

KaMana is a community that celebrates and supports young female athletes so they can be confident in their skin and can chase their dreams. KaMana has four interactive workshops that empower the next generation of female athletes to build confidence and reach their potential. Championed by Ironwomen Harriet Brown and Lizzie Welborn, their workshop's explore topics that aren't spoken about enough; Body Confidence, Female Athlete Health & Understanding Your Menstrual Cycle, Nutrition for Athletes, and Performance Habits & Mindset. KaMana workshops are available for all schools and sporting clubs, face-to-face or online.
