Kamat Realty, is a partnership firm based in Panjim, Goa, operating since 2016. The firm has successfully delivered various projects across the state. Kamat Realty is the sister concern of Kamat Construction Pvt. Ltd, the parent company of the Kamat Group of companies which have been pioneers in the Goan real estate sector, and have been at the forefront of innovation for decades. The group has been in the construction and hospitality industry for over 45 years and has over 60 construction projects, which are a mix of residential and commercial projects. The Parent Company is considered a pioneer of the “Ownership Apartments” concept in Goa since the early 1970’s. The Kamat Group also has holdings in the hospitality sector in North Goa and have a Commercial Leasing Division.
